How To Make Debra’s Banana Bread Recipe
This is a moist and delicious banana bread recipe that is perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium-sized bananas)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Mix in mashed bananas, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
