Ingredients

  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add in almond milk, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Pour the batter equally into four microwave safe mugs.

  4. Microwave each mug individually for 1 minute on high.

  5. Remove from microwave and let it cool down for a minute.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
