- 6 cups of bread, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of bourbon
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- Salt, a pinch
Instructions

Preheat oven at 350F.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, bourbon, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix in the bread cubes and raisins to the bowl.
