How To Make Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

In another bowl, pour buttermilk and set aside.

Cut the chicken breasts into halves.

Dip the chicken into the buttermilk, then coat it with the flour mixture. Make sure to coat evenly.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy, for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Make sure the internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F.
