  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sesame seeds, sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well.

  2. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat and whisk in vegetable oil until fully combined.

  4. Allow the sauce to cool before serving.
