Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and green onion.

  2. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

  3. Add the soy sauce mixture to the saucepan and stir until well combined.

  4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
