Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (about 1 small orange)
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, red onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and orange juice.

  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  3. Stir in chopped avocado and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
