How To Make Peanut Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped peanuts, for garnish
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on the grill or in a baking dish.

Brush the peanut butter sauce onto both sides of the chicken.

Cook the chicken for about 12-15 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions.
