How To Make Lime & Coriander Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, minced garlic, chopped coriander, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 12-15 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

  5. Serve the lime and coriander chicken with a side of rice or salad. Enjoy!
