How To Make Lime & Coriander Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the lime juice, minced garlic, chopped coriander, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 12-15 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serve the lime and coriander chicken with a side of rice or salad. Enjoy!
