How To Make Easy Indian Chicken with Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add the chicken pieces to the spice mixture and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the coleslaw by combining the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
