How To Make Honey & Sriracha Hot Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not overlapping.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping them halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
