How To Make Chicken Tikka Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala spice mix
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Mayonnaise (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, plain yogurt, tikka masala spice mix, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Preheat grill or pan to medium heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 7-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.

Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun.

Top with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion slices, and mayonnaise if desired.

Place the top half of the bun over the fillings and serve hot.
