  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.

  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and arrange them in a baking dish.

  4. Pour the garlic and brown sugar glaze over the chicken thighs, making sure they are evenly coated.

  5. Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
