- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 hamburger buns
- lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and condiments for serving
