How To Make Spicy Buffalo Chicken Legs Recipe

Perfectly seasoned and crispy chicken legs smothered in a spicy buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Season the chicken legs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together hot sauce, melted butter, and honey.

  4. After 20 minutes of baking, remove the chicken from the oven and brush the sauce all over the chicken legs.

  5. Put the chicken back in the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until fully cooked through.

  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
