How To Make Rosemary and Lemon Chicken Legs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine rosemary, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well.

  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken legs and place them in a baking dish.

  4. Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over the chicken.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
