How To Make Chicken, leek & brown rice stir-fry

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 leeks, washed and sliced
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sesame oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced leeks and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked brown rice and cooked chicken back to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Serve hot and enjoy!
