How To Make Chicken Burritos

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, black beans, salsa, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until pliable.

Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it out into a line down the center.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.

Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly.

Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burritos are heated through.
