How To Make Creamy Chipotle Chicken Recipe

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, and chipotle powder.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
