  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  3. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a griddle.

  4. Spread the chipotle sauce over each tortilla.
