How To Make Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
