How To Make Cast Iron Skillet Fajita Chicken Recipe
Juicy chicken with sautéed vegetables cooked in a cast iron skillet.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the cast iron skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.

Season the chicken with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add sliced onions and peppers to the skillet. Cook until softened and slightly charred.

Slice chicken into strips and return to skillet with the vegetables. Toss to combine.

Serve hot with tortillas, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
