Spicy and crispy buffalo chicken made in a cast iron skillet.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.

  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.

  5. Brush the buffalo sauce mixture over the chicken.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
