  • 2 cans of chicken breast, drained

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, avocado, red onion, tomato, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
