How To Make Teriyaki Steak with Fennel Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 sirloin steaks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Marinate the sirloin steaks in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Grill or sear the steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a bowl, combine fennel, carrots, cilantro, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Serve sliced steak on a plate with a side of fennel slaw.
