How To Make Malted Walnut Seed Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp malted milk powder
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (such as sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds)
- 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, malted milk powder, chopped walnuts, mixed seeds, and instant yeast.

Gradually add warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in the greased pan.

Cover the pan with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake the loaf in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Remove the loaf from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
