  • cup instant non-fat dry milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped


  1. Blend together non-fat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives.
  2. In medium skillet melt butter.
  3. When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.
  4. Serve immediately.
