Ingredients
- ⅓ cup instant non-fat dry milk
- ¼ cup water
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup non-fat cottage cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
Instructions
- Blend together non-fat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives.
- In medium skillet melt butter.
- When hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set.
- Serve immediately.
