How To Make Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
