How To Make Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  4. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.

  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
