How To Make Flourless Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, berries, honey, or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

  2. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the pan for each pancake.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  7. Serve the pancakes warm with your choice of toppings.
