How To Make Beer Pancakes
No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup beer
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then stir in the beer.

Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes hot with your favorite toppings such as syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
