How To Make Linguine & Pesto Frittata

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of pesto
  • 1/2 cup of cooked linguine noodles
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

  3. Add the pesto, cooked linguine noodles, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Grease a 9-inch non-stick oven-safe skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.

  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly.

  6. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until the edges start to set.

  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  9. Slice and serve with fresh basil leaves for garnish.
