How To Make Linguine & Pesto Frittata

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of pesto
- 1/2 cup of cooked linguine noodles
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

Add the pesto, cooked linguine noodles, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Grease a 9-inch non-stick oven-safe skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly.

Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Slice and serve with fresh basil leaves for garnish.
