Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Divide the mixture evenly into 4 jars or containers with lids.

Add a layer of mixed berries to each jar, followed by a sprinkle of chopped nuts (if desired), and a tablespoon of chia seeds.

Secure the lids on the jars and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold. You can also heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds if you prefer them warm.

Serve with additional fresh berries on top, if desired.
