Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  2. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 jars or containers with lids.

  3. Add a layer of mixed berries to each jar, followed by a sprinkle of chopped nuts (if desired), and a tablespoon of chia seeds.

  4. Secure the lids on the jars and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.

  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy cold. You can also heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds if you prefer them warm.

  6. Serve with additional fresh berries on top, if desired.
