How To Make Apple & Clementine Bircher

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 apples, grated
- 4 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and apple juice. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the oats to soften.

Stir in the Greek yogurt, grated apples, clementines, honey, chopped nuts (if using), and dried cranberries or raisins (if using).

Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Divide the mixture into four serving bowls or jars. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
