  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

  2. Divide the mixture into four jars or airtight containers.

  3. Place the jars/containers in the refrigerator and let them sit overnight or for at least 8 hours.

  4. In the morning, give the oatmeal a good stir. If desired, top with fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds.

  5. Enjoy cold or heat in the microwave for a warm option.
