How To Make Eggs Breakfast Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add onions, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables soften.
