How To Make Nutella®-Stuffed French Toast

  • 8 slices of thick-cut bread
  • 4 tbsp Nutella® spread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter, for frying
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
  • Fresh berries, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella® on 4 slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices to create sandwiches.

  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

  3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Dip each Nutella® sandwich into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

  5. Place the soaked sandwich in the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.

  7. Serve hot, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with fresh berries, if desired.
