Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup ground pork
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.

  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling onto each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press to seal.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Carefully place the wontons in the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
