How To Make Wonton Wrappers Recipe

Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup ground pork
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.

Place a small spoonful of the filling onto each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, and press to seal.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully place the wontons in the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
