How To Make Rosemary-Parmesan Biscuits
Minty and peppery rosemary and crunchy walnuts adds bites of flavor to these soft and cheesy Parmesan biscuits! Whip these up in just one hour.

Ingredients
- 1cupall-purpose flour
- ½cupwalnuts,chopped
- 1tbspfresh rosemary,finely chopped
- ½tspsalt
- pinchcayenne pepper
- pinchfreshly ground black pepper
- 1stickbutter
- 1½cupsParmesan cheese,(6 oz), freshly grated
Instructions

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, walnuts, rosemary, salt, and peppers.

With a mixer on medium-high speed, cream butter in a medium bowl for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add cheese and beat on low speed until well combined. Add the flour mixture and beat just until blended.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each piece into a 1½-inch diameter log. Wrap each log in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or until easy to slice.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 large baking sheets.

Cut the logs crosswise into ⅜-inch-thick slices and place flat on baking sheets

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
