Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of dried herbs (such as oregano or thyme)
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dried herbs.

  3. Add the olive oil and water to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.

  5. Roll out each piece of dough on a floured surface until it is very thin.

  6. Transfer the rolled out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lavosh is golden brown and crisp.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
