  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

  3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, melted butter, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
