- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and honey. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
