How To Make Country loaf

Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 10g salt
- 7g instant yeast
- 350ml warm water
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.

Gradually add the warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a baking stone or a baking sheet in the oven to heat up.

Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a round loaf.

Transfer the dough onto the preheated baking stone or sheet.

Use a sharp knife to score the top of the loaf with diagonal cuts.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
