How To Make Bread Machine Focaccia Recipe
A fluffy and savory bread topped with herbs and olive oil, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups of flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- Coarse salt and black pepper for topping
Instructions

Add warm water and olive oil to the bread machine pan.

Add flour, sugar, salt, and yeast to the pan in the order recommended by the bread machine manufacturer.

Select the dough setting and start the machine.

When the dough is done, remove it from the pan and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.

Stretch and pat out the dough to form a rectangle that fits the size of the baking sheet.

Cover it with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Use your fingers to make dimples all over the surface of the dough.

Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
