How To Make Parmesan Focaccia Bread
This Italian yeast pastry or focaccia bread has a chewy and soft center with a crisp exterior. Baked in 20 minutes, this bread is made with parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1⅓cupswater,(110 degrees F) warm
- 1tspwhite sugar
- 1tspsalt
- 4¼cupsbread flour
- 1tsplecithin
- 3tspbread machine yeast
- 4tspolive oil,plus ⅓ cup for pouring
- 4tspdried oregano
- ⅓cupparmesan cheese,grated
Instructions

Place ingredients, except ⅓ cup olive oil and Parmesan cheese, in the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Dough setting, and Start.

When the dough has risen once in the breadmaker, transfer it into an oiled, 8-inch round baking tin. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk.

Poke it all over with a finger, right to the bottom of the tin. Allow to rest for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Pour remaining olive oil over the top of the loaf, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees F in the center of the oven for approximately 20 minutes, until golden.
