  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, dried cranberries, cooked bacon, sunflower seeds, and red onion.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
