How To Make A Number One Egg Bread

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and vegetable oil, and whisk until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
