How To Make Red Bell Pepper and Tomato Bruschetta Recipe
A fresh and flavorful appetizer featuring savory roasted red bell peppers and juicy tomatoes on crusty bread.

Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut the bell pepper into quarters, remove the seeds, and place on a baking sheet.

Roast the bell pepper for 15-20 minutes or until the skin is blistered and charred.

Remove the bell pepper from the oven, place in a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap.

Allow the bell pepper to steam for 10 minutes.

Peel off the skin of the bell pepper and chop into small pieces.

Chop the Roma tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the bell pepper.

Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

Toast the slices of bread until lightly browned.

Serve the bell pepper and tomato mixture on top of the toasted bread.
