How To Make Red Bell Pepper and Tofu Skewers Recipe
These flavorful grilled skewers have marinated tofu, juicy red bell peppers, and a savory sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) of extra-firm tofu, drained and sliced into 1-inch cubes
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.

Add tofu and red bell pepper to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Thread the vegetables and tofu alternatively onto the skewers.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally until vegetables are charred and tofu is heated through.
