How To Make Thai Beef Curry

Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.

Add beef slices to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.

Stir in Thai red curry paste and cook for another minute.

Pour in coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well to combine.

Add red bell pepper slices and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the beef is tender and the flavors are well combined.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
