How To Make Pressure Cooker Beef Brisket Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions

Season the beef brisket with salt and pepper.

Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and heat the oil.

Add the brisket and sear on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pressure cooker and sauté until softened.

Stir in the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, thyme, and cayenne pepper.

Place the brisket on top of the sauce mixture.

Close the pressure cooker and set it to high pressure for 60 minutes.

Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
